At Sorella's Pizza & Pasta, we make pizza the way we believe it should be made... our dough comes out with a light crispy crunch on the bottom and an airy bite in the middle because we've spent years perfecting it. From our round pies and Sicilian squares to our pan pizza and specialty flatbreads, every order reflects the care of a family kitchen running at a restaurant level. Our menu goes deep into Italian entrees... chicken francese, veal marsala, shrimp scampi, baked lasagna, and a catering operation built to handle everything from office meetings to Christmas Eve dinners. And if you're lucky, your meal ends with a surprise plate of our homemade zeppoles. As Colleen H. shared, "Best pizza in Bethlehem. Not sure what they put in the pizza sauce that makes it taste like heaven and not like every other pizza joint. Crust is cooked perfectly." Some of our customers have been with us for years, others are discovering us for the first time and kicking themselves for not coming sooner.
